Meet the Team

Dr. Emily Wiggin BA , RYT, TPI, DC
Train for the Tee Founder and Co-Creator

Picture
Dr. Emily Wiggin has been working in the golf medical and fitness   industry for the past 7 years. As a Titleist Performance Institute certified practitioner, she works to identify physical limitations holding golfers back through targeted treatment and exercise prescription. A true team player, she works alongside several local PGA professionals to help take clients games to the next level.
Train for the Tee was born out of recognition for the population subset who enjoys follow-along style workout programs in a time (2020) where more people are working out from home than ever. Dr. Wiggin joined forces with two amazingly qualified individuals to bring this product to life and into your homes.

Jerret Laycock Bsc, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NSCA-CPT
Train for the Tee Co-Creator

Growing up Jerret always knew he wanted to work in a career which would “have an impact” or help others. He was always heavily involved in multiple power and movement based sports- Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Taekwondo and Track & Field. This ultimately led to a fruitful collegiate football career at Acadia University and made for a natural transition into the world of strength and conditioning.
Having worked with countless athletes from multiple sports, he founded his own personal training company- Flip Atlantic in 2020, and joined the T4T team in co-creating this great product.
He is grateful for the adventure involved in making the T4T program and hopes that you enjoy the workouts, cheesy humour, and the overall experience as much as he did!

 Brad Elliot CPT
Train for the Tee Producer

What do you get when you cross a gym rat with an artist? Well, our guess is that you end up with someone like Brad. For nearly 20 years, he has managed to juggle his dual identities as a professional strength coach and graphic designer and has now branched into the art of  production as the co host and editor of Fitness Nerds podcast.
It was on this podcast that he first met and had had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Emily and it was then that she shared her vision to create a one of a kind fitness program for golfers and that she was in the need of someone to help with the production side of things. It didn’t take long for Brad to realize that this was the perfect opportunity to mix his passion for fitness and his love of art and design to be a part of something special with some pretty incredible people. Needless to say, the decision was a no brainer.
