The Titleist Performance Institute is the world leader in research and data on golf fitness, health and swing biomechanics. Dr. Wiggin completed her TPI certification in Fall 2014 in Carlsbad, California, where she trained under the top fitness, medical and golfing professionals, who work with the best names in golf.
Dr. Wiggin uses the 14 part TPI movement screen to identify faulty stability patterns and altered mobility that will affect the efficacy and safety of the golf swing. Using the results of the screen, Dr. Wiggin compiles a report of performance and limitations and discusses how it could affect the individuals swing dynamics. Based on this information, she designs a comprehensive treatment plan and rehabilitation program aimed at correcting functional deficits.
